Gold Package - This package includes the program, manual, free email support and upgrades for one year. In addition we will place your careplans, intervention guides, questionnaires, etc into the program.

Platinum Package - This preferred package includes all of the above and a site visit where the following will be provided:

Program will be installed on all nurse computers

1 - 2 Hour Group Training (Or as long as it takes)

1 - 1 Hour Individualized Instruction
